Intro class

We want to get to know you, so we can help you get the best out of yourself. If you want to see what we are about. We offer a free intro class to get in touch with our community.

The free intro class is only available at District Rdam Airport. If you rather meet us at Central District we charge a small fee.

ATTENTION TO ALL NEW MEMBERS WITH NO CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE: IT IS MANDATORY TO FOLLOW THE ON-RAMP COURSE FIRST

On-ramP Course

Unlike the conventional gyms you may (or may not) have experience with, starting a new fitness journey comes with some necessary basic knowledge. When we talk CrossFit, we’re talking about functional fitness. What we do at CrossFit Hofplein not only levels up your fitness, but it also makes you better at life! Therefore, when (relatively or completely) new to the sport of CrossFit, we invite you to our On-Ramp workshop. In this 3-hour course our professional coaches will guide you through the basic principles of Movement. Think about how to properly squat or how to pick something up from the floor engaging the correct muscles? It may sound simple, but we’ll open up a new world for you and tell you all about CrossFit Hofplein as a business and a place to feel at home!
