Doing a workout as a group strengthens your motivation. The peer pressure keeps you from slacking off and pushes you over a limit that you did not know you had. Challenge yourself and your buddies and learn from each other. 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WOD is the most varied and also the most common type of class. Suitable for die-hards as well as beginners and a very effective way of becoming educated in the ways of CrossFit. We aim to make this class a little bit different every time. This way it becomes more than a repetition of moves, but a true all-round workout.
CROSSFIT LITE
Here you can expect the same awesome workouts by Wodstylez Blueprint but we've removed all the complex and high-skill movements. This allows you to go into the deep grind without having to think too much! Dealing with injuries a lot? CrossFit Lite might be a good option for you!
GYMNASTICS
During this class, you will work on your gymnastics skills such as pull-ups, toes to bar, handstand walk and bar muscle-ups and much more. During these classes, you will learn the basic and advanced skills so that everyone can progress at their level.
OLYMPIC LIFTING
The OLY focuses on the 2 movements of Olympic weightlifting: Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. During this class we focus on one of these movements. In this class, we focus heavily on technique and maximizing your body to be an efficient weightlifter.
COREFIT
During this 30-minute training, we do exercises that make your torso more stable and stronger, the basis for any fitness program. The dynamics of this class offer a wide range of training options for strength, coordination, stabilization and mobilization at every fitness level.
MOBILITY
Lift heavier, jump higher and squat deeper… Avoid injuries, muscle pain and fatigue! Work on your technique, flexibility and freedom of movement. Give your body the pre- and post-workout care it deserves. And immediately improve the results of your WOD.
ON-RAMP
If you are a beginner in CrossFit your journey starts here. The On-Ramp is a recuired class to learn the basic movements of CrossFit and mandatory for anyone that wants to participate in the Open Gym, WOD, or any other class. These classes are also available as 1-on-1 classes or as a duo.
KIDS & Teens
ONLY RDAM DISTRICT AIRPORT As with the CrossFit program for adults, the fundamental movement patterns are also central to the CrossFit Kids & Teens program. During these classes, children & teens from 5 to 17 years old are taught the basic movements of CrossFit. We work in small groups, where safety, fun and collaboration are central.
OPEN GYM
During these hours you can independently work on improving different techniques/strenght or do your own WOD. You are free to use all facilities and of course discuss your goals and plans with our trainers. This is where you rely on your own mental strength to get the most out of your exercise time. At District Rdam Airport we have 2 special areas for Open Gym.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

This is a workout with functional forms of movements, varied and at high intensity. During this training, the members are guided by a coach. We work in a group and all do the same workout. WOD is the most varied and also the most common type of class programmed by Wodstylez Blueprint. Suitable for die-hards as well as beginners and a very effective way of becoming educated in the ways of CrossFit. Our trainers will keep a close eye on your technique and motivate you to push hard when you need it the most.

Kids & Teens

Kids & Teens

ONLY AT DISTRICT RDAM AIRPORT 

 

As with the CrossFit program for adults, the fundamental movement patterns are also central to the CrossFit Kids & Teens program. The CrossFit Kids & Teens program is specially designed for the specific developmental needs of children of all ages. In a fun and playful way we work attentively with the children to make them fitter, more skilled and stronger with the ultimate goal of being fit for life.

With our CrossFit Hofplein Kids & Teens program, we not only work on safe exercise, we also teach the children to work together, build self-confidence and make social contacts. But most importantly: with us, children learn to have fun moving!

Kids is for children from 5 to 11 years old and Teens is for teenagers from 12 to 17 years old.
