Doing a workout as a group strengthens your motivation. The peer pressure keeps you from slacking off and pushes you over a limit that you did not know you had. Challenge yourself and your buddies and learn from each other.
This is a workout with functional forms of movements, varied and at high intensity. During this training, the members are guided by a coach. We work in a group and all do the same workout. WOD is the most varied and also the most common type of class programmed by Wodstylez Blueprint. Suitable for die-hards as well as beginners and a very effective way of becoming educated in the ways of CrossFit. Our trainers will keep a close eye on your technique and motivate you to push hard when you need it the most.
Here you can expect the same awesome workouts by Wodstylez Blueprint but we've removed all the complex and high-skill movements. This allows you to go into the deep grind without having to think too much!
Dealing with injuries a lot? CrossFit Lite might be a good option for you!
The OLY focuses on the 2 movements of Olympic weightlifting: Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. During this class we focus on one of these movements.
In this class, we focus heavily on technique and maximizing your body to be an efficient weightlifter.

Our Yoga teacher will guide you trough a nice session focusing on breath, being aware of what you feel in your body and on stretching. We practicing movements that could be a good addition to your CrossFit warm-up routine.

Lift heavier, jump higher and squat deeper… Avoid injuries, muscle pain and fatigue! Work on your technique, flexibility and freedom of movement. Give your body the pre- and post-workout care it deserves. And immediately improve the results of your WOD.
During these hours you can independently work on improving different techniques/strenght or do your own WOD.
You are free to use all facilities and of course discuss your goals and plans with our trainers. This is where you rely on your own mental strength to get the most out of your exercise time. At District Rdam Airport we have 2 special areas for Open Gym.

As with the CrossFit program for adults, the fundamental movement patterns are also central to the CrossFit Kids & Teens program. The CrossFit Kids & Teens program is specially designed for the specific developmental needs of children of all ages. In a fun and playful way we work attentively with the children to make them fitter, more skilled and stronger with the ultimate goal of being fit for life.
With our CrossFit Hofplein Kids & Teens program, we not only work on safe exercise, we also teach the children to work together, build self-confidence and make social contacts. But most importantly: with us, children learn to have fun moving!
Kids is for children from 5 to 11 years old and Teens is for teenagers from 12 to 17 years old.
I’ve been training at Crossfit Hofplein for 2 years. The trainers are fun to train with, knowledgeable and motivating. And they would always emphasise the importance of training safely. The first time we came, we were openly received by the coaches and especially the community. Two months later I (Naomi) was able to make a nice friendship at the Crossfit box, the community feels like a family! And the family feeling comes partly thanks to the coaches, they keep the safety and are great fun, crazy and cozy! The guidance is really top-notch, during the warm-up there is always a technique training where the coaches walk around before the real work starts. During the workouts they are motivating for the group and also individually. We are not leaving Hofplein for the time being!
