During these hours you can independently work on improving different techniques/strenght or do your own WOD. You are free to use all facilities and of course discuss your goals and plans with our trainers. This is where you rely on your own mental strength to get the most out of your exercise time. At District Rdam Airport we have 3 special areas for Open Gym.
